What services are offered through community-based healing?
Individual counselling, group therapy, workshops, cultural healing, and community programs for youth and families.
How do I register for counselling?

What are the counselling rates?
- Standard rate: $180/hour
- Sliding scale: $100–$180/hour (based on household income & size)
- Rates for groups/assessments vary. Payment is due at the start of the session (cash, debit, e-transfer, Visa, MasterCard).
How does the sliding scale work?
Eligibility is based on total gross household income and family size. Proof of income (e.g., Notice of Assessment) is required.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments without notice are subject to a $50 no-show fee and payment is required before booking the next appointment.
Do I need a referral for community-based counselling?
No referral is required—you can self-register.
